Buyer data collected by the company
The Company may collect and process the following Buyer data:

The Buyers are responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data provided to the Company. Buyers must immediately notify the Company if registration data has become available to third parties.
Purposes of processing customer data
1. The following personal data is processed for invoicing and accounting purposes: name, surname, personal identification number, address, e-mail address, receipt or invoice information of a natural person.
2. The company processes the following personalized data for the purpose of collecting statistical data on website visits and improving service quality and visitor experience: IP address, MAC address, date of visit, duration, pages visited, devices and programs used for browsing the Internet, geographic location, age, gender, language , common interests, etc.
3. For the purpose of registration in the electronic store, the following personal data is processed: name, e-mail address. email address, login password.

Storage of customer data
1. The data collected by the Company from the Buyers may be processed by the personnel of the Company or the Company's suppliers. In cases where the Buyers' data is processed by the Company's suppliers (i.e. data processors), the Company has concluded contracts with them that properly regulate the duties of data processors. Data processors have the right to process personal data only in accordance with the Company's instructions and only to the extent that it is necessary in order to properly fulfill the obligations stipulated in the contract. The transfer of Buyers' data to suppliers (data processors) may be related to the fulfillment of Buyers' orders and the processing of Buyers' payment data. By providing their personal data, Buyers agree to this transfer and processing. The Company takes all reasonably possible measures to ensure that Buyers' data is handled securely and in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
2. Data provided by buyers are stored on the Company's servers or in paper copies of documents. In the event that Buyers are provided with passwords (or when Buyers choose them themselves), which enable Buyers to use certain functions of the e-store, Buyers are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and not disclosing them to third parties.

Customer data storage terms
The Company processes and stores all Buyers' personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in this policy.
1. Buyer's data related to e-commerce, ordering goods or services are stored for 5 years from the Buyer's last connection to the electronic store system.
2. The Company stores the Buyer's data, to be used for direct marketing purposes, for 10 years after receiving the Buyer's consent, unless the Buyer withdraws his consent earlier.
3. Buyers who make inquiries about the Company's goods or services in the chat window on the Website, on the Company's Facebook and Instagram account, e-mail by mail, telephone or other means of communication, the data is stored for 2 years after the last contact of the Buyer.
4. Video data of buyers who have entered the video surveillance field of video cameras installed in the Company's premises are stored for 30 working days, unless a specific video must be stored longer for the purpose of ensuring the protection of persons or property.
5. When paper or electronic documents are required to be stored by legal acts (e.g. legal acts approved by the orders of the Chief Archivist of the Republic of Lithuania) for a certain period of time, such documents shall be kept no longer than required.
Disclosure of data to third parties
Customer data is only transferred to trusted third parties and only to the extent necessary. Data is transferred to third parties only for the following purposes:
1. Ensuring the main activities of the Company, including the maintenance of IT systems and accounting programs.
2. For the provision of services, including the transfer of data to service providers such as shipping companies, banks and payment service providers.

Buyers have the following rights:
