Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-2 (one-two) working days from the payment and confirmation of the order. Goods outside Lithuania are delivered within 14-24 (fourteen-twenty-four) working days from the payment and confirmation of the order. After receiving the payment from the Buyer, the Seller will prepare the goods for shipment within 1-10 (one-ten) working days and send them to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. will send a message by mail with the Parcel number, which allows you to track the location of the Goods and the time of delivery. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of the Goods and information about the Shipment number may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of the Goods. After not receiving notification about the Parcel number, the Buyer must contact the Seller.
The goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative of the Seller.
During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the delivered goods together with our authorized representative.
After the buyer signs the document provided by the courier or post office employee or picks up the package from the post office, it is considered that the items in the package are in order and the package is delivered without violating the terms of the contract.
In case of inappropriate condition or appearance of the goods, the buyer must notify the seller by e-mail or phone call. A faulty item can be exchanged for a suitable item or another item for the same amount. Also, in the case of a wrong product, the money paid can be returned.
