Refund policy
If the product purchased in the store does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product and to return or replace the unsuitable product.
When returning or exchanging a product, you must comply with the following conditions:
• You can exercise the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return or exchange a quality product only if the product is not damaged or its appearance has not changed substantially, it has not been used, the product's packaging and its protection have not been damaged, and the original label has not been removed.
• The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply to gift vouchers
• The right to withdraw from the sales contract is not valid for legal entities, i.e. for persons purchasing goods for non-personal use.
• The product to be returned or exchanged must be packed in a suitable package that protects the product from damage during transportation. The seller is not responsible for product damage during return.
• In the return shipment, please be sure to include the completed product return form with the product, which you will receive by writing to us by e-mail. by post

Please inform us about a defect, non-conformity of the goods or a damaged shipment as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
Returning costs for returned or exchanged goods are paid by the buyer, except in cases where a manufacturer's defect is discovered.
